Edited on 7/9: changed my rating from 1-3 stars as the repairs were mostly good just took a long time. I finally got my car back from them on 7/2. They did offer to make it right with a partial discount, which I appreciate, just wish it wouldn’t have taken 2 months for these repairs. If you need your car back in a reasonable amount of time, DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!! Go out of town if you must but don’t bring it here. I dropped my car off to them 5/4. My original completion date was 6/1 which was a month after I brought it to them. Today is 6/19. Communication has been next to non existent and when I do hear from them it’s just excuse after excuse. The manager, Todd, was supposed to call me back today with yet ANOTHER completion date and never even bothered. At this point I’m ready to rip my car out of their shop and take it elsewhere as it seems the repairs they have made were not done correctly because their newest excuse as to why it isn’t done is because my rear taillight doesn’t fit, so clearly they’ve not done the repairs to spec. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here was extremely frustrating. I brought my car to Caliber Collision and my timeline was extended five different times. Delays can happen, I understand that, but what I was looking for as a customer was simple: some ownership, acknowledgment that the wrong parts were ordered, and basic communication. After multiple delays, I asked to speak with a manager. I was given the name Todd. When I first called, I was told he was out to lunch. I called back on a different day and was told he wasn’t there. This went on for several days after I had already requested a callback and heard nothing. I finally decided to go into the shop myself, and interestingly enough, he was sitting in his office. After all of that, when I did speak with him, the response was a very dry “sorry”, no explanation, no accountability, no effort to understand the situation from my perspective as a customer. At the end of the day, delays happen but the lack of communication and leadership is what made this experience disappointing. As a customer, you expect transparency and some level of care when things go wrong, and that was completely missing here.

If you have a vehicle you value and want it repaired thoroughly, this is not the place to go. I was originally told the repairs would take about 2 weeks. Being from the area we are from, I have learned to always expect longer times than originally quoted so had the job been done with good quality, I would not have really minded the wait. Unfortunately, however that was not the case. When we returned to pick up a month later, the vehicle it looked as if it had not been buffed as there was trash in the paint of significant size. We pointed this out the staff and they said they would take it to the back and get it buffed. My husband told them there was no way they would be able to buff it without messing up the paint, but they said they could. They returned a few minutes later apologizing that the tech had in fact buffed through the paint and it would all need to be redone- detrimmed, repainted, rebuffed the whole deal. They told me they would have it ready to be returned to me by the end of the next day. Again, I knew this was an over-promise and didn’t hold it against them when it wasn’t ready the next day but still expected good work once it was returned. After a week of zero commu

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience! The repairs on my vehicle were done perfectly, and it runs like new. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. Best of all, my vehicle was ready on the exact day they promised. It’s refreshing to find a repair shop that delivers on its word. Highly recommend!

They were very quick and professional with their diagnostic and quoting out everything that needed to be fixed with my wrecked car. Their customer service was the most professional I’ve dealt with as well. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting to deal with a knowledgeable staff
